                 Is there Scripture for ?

 Many times when we are asking questions or are being asked a question of someone they want to know is there scripture to backup or support what you are laying down or talking about. This is where you can post the question and if you have the scripture then give scripture for the topic at hand. We can all benefit from this and learn as well as maybe dig into our Bibles and search ourselves

Well, It is Easter Time so begs the question"Why is Good Friday Celebrated as Christian in teaching from God's Word?"

I am not out to offend but, only out to make one think and to do some soul searching and digging for themselves about this man-made tradition. Now having said that I want you to understand not all tradition is wrong but, when it conflicts with God's Word then you must consider it to be a wrong tradition to be beholden to. My aim is always to pursue the truth and to allow if it must to cut and sometimes it must cut away what we think and to understand what is.

We have many places in God's Word where even Jesus Himself said he must be buried in the ground 3 days and 3 nights as was Jonah in the belly of the Fish (Whale?)  So having brought that to the forefront you need to start putting your math skills to work and as the say "Do the Math". If you were to believe that it was Friday he died on and it was Friday he was buried then Do the Math and He could not have risen on Sunday mourning. This tradition has its roots in what the Catholic Church instituted so as to bring those of Pagan Worship together with the Catholic teachings. Pagans used to worship gods that had to do with fertility and beginning of the new birth thus welcoming in Spring. If you study Gods word there is a passover that is taking place at the time Jesus was crucified and so this is when if you were going to celebrate you should. It is the Jewish Passover time. You also need to understand that there were other Sabbaths then just Saturday Sabbath in God's Word.

Well, have you done the math yet, my fellow brother or sister? In order to have risen on the mourning of Sunday and understanding the Jewish day night keeping. Jesus was crucified on Wednesday and buried that day as well. It also falls in keeping with the passover and with a sabbath that takes place which was the urgency  to have him taken down and buried. It had to take place before 6:00 pm that day because of a sabbath to be observed means they could not be doing any of this kind of work on. Now the Jewish day is from 6:00 pm to 6:00 pm the next day for a 24 hour day. So Wed. 6:00 pm to Thurs. 6:00 pm is 1 day. Thurs. 6:00 pm to Friday 6:00 pm is 2 days. Friday 6:00 pm to Sat. 6:00 pm is 3 days and of course after 6:00 pm is when you are now into Sunday. So now you can see that Good Friday is something created by  man and not anything from which God Himself ordained to be worshiped or made to be Holy as it is today in Christiandom.

OK, What is Right Doctrine?

Tell us if you know .For here we are going to search the Word and lay it all out and dis-spell what some churches pass off as doctrinal but, is only a tradition set by whichever Church or Denomination. Sometimes by what God's Word declares it is a False Doctrine and we as believers and followers are instructed to stay from it, avoid it and to declare it as such.

Can We Know For Sure?

This is a question as to can we KNOW for sure that if we die today that we are going to be in Heaven. I say that God's Word makes it very clear the answer to that question and it is YES.
